First MeshCore Repeater Build Project

• 20W / 18V solar panel

Original MeshCore repeater firmware v1.14.0 without regions configured.

Coverage

I can reach my home repeater directly which is about 1,5 km away (urban environment, not LoS), which I think is very impressive.

Update: Rebuild After Water Damage

After some months, the repeater stopped working. An investigation showed corrosion on the solar charging board:

Therefore, I rebuilt the repeater and put a special focus on water protection:

• Waterproof case with rubber seal
• Silica gel bags
• Glued-in connectors
• Solar power input on the bottom
